Ordering supps for the first time.

I've only been taking whey protein and fish oil that I've been buying from GNC (yes I know overpriced). I think I'm missing out far as supplements are concerned and I'm about to order from BB.com for the first time. This is what I'm going to order, what do you guys think?

Dymatize High Protein Mega Gainer, 10 Lbs., Mega Vanilla
Controlled Labs GlycerGrow, 2.2 Lbs., Natural
Controlled Labs Purple Wraath, 2.39 Lbs., Juicy Grape

Also a question, can you mix both the GG and PW in the same water to drink pre-w/o?

you can but the best way to take gg is to shoot it bc it doesnt desolve well in water at all you should throw some green mag in there while your at it

Those are good supps...as long as your diet is in check.

sounds good GG is an amazing product but the best way to take it is to just dump the scoops in your mouth and wash it down with a PW shake, also you can try and mix it with some applsauce(this works very well)

If you need a creatine product. Look up Green MAGnitude from CL (Since you're buying all from CL anyway.. Its best to add another CL product to the stack so it doesn't stand out ^_^ )
