Leg day and the Day After...
Do you all Do cardio on either of these days? I usually take them off becuase after leg day I can barely walk and the next day I can't even walk. But I feel guilty only doing cardio 4 times a week.  Seems like so little when I think about it.

I always do cardio after leg day. My legs don't get much sore though...

I do some low intensity cardio on the exercise bike the day after legs and have found that my cuts in my legs have gotten better from doing that. Go for it

Mine also.
Maybe do some cardio that doesn't involve your legs as much. Boxing is good for that.

I do the same thing and I only do cardio 4x a week, how many min of cardio do you do?
