Sugar free pudding

As a bodybuilder is it find to add some sugar/fat free pudding into a smoothie? Or is that stuff considered unhealthy

You can use a tbsp or so, sometimes it adds a really good flavor to protein shakes (i.e. the "Peanut Brittle" shake w/ 1 tbsp natty pb, 1 tbsp sg ff butterscotch pudding, and 1 scoop vanilla pp = delish!)

It does not contribute many calories (what is it, like 30 calories a serving or something?) so I wouldn't worry about it. Not much nutritional value, but can add flavor to drinks/protein bars that are otherwise bland.

The mix itself is mostly maltodextrin. So it wouldn't be a bad idea at all in a postworkout shake.

this is perfectly fine.. just make sure u dont add too much.. portion it off into containers at about 1/4 to 1/2 cup and depending on how much u add to ur smoothie add it.. and enjoy it, but dont make it a daily thing.. yogurts are probally a better alterantive then SF pudding will be
