Herbalife Niteworks, looking for info

My father is a 70 year old diabetic, diagnosed since 1978. He has kept himself in good health by watching what he eats and regular exercise such as swimming. In the last several years though, he has been having muscle spasms in the legs that are very painful. A few days ago a doctor sold him an Herbalife product called Niteworks. Although I googled this product, I couldn't find anything substantial. Finally I found out that the product is basically Nitric Oxide. The only thing I've heard about Nitric Oxide is a couple things in Musclemag saying that it made a big splash when it first came out but that it turned out to be a dud.

Does anyone have an opinion on Nitric Oxide they would like to share? The stuff I'm finding talks about the pump and vascularity enhancement but I don't know if I'm reading something put out by the companies that make it or not, to know if its true.

This product Niteworks claims to enhance the blood flow to the organs, skeletal muscles and even the genitals. I even read something on the web about how it can enhance your orgasm.

Who knows? If this stuff is really that good, I might even give it a try.
