My diet ...*yawn*
After many hours of research i have come to this diet plan that covers all the following at the bottom to nail my stubborn bodyfat.
Supps:
Cider vinegar
Multi
Kelp
Calcium
Metamucil
Food:
4 fish caps
tblspn flax oil
50g of sunflower,pumpkin,flax,sesame,almonds (big mix)
500g of either broccoli , cauliflower , spinach
500-700g of either beef or chicken
10 eggs
Drink:
lemon water
chamolile,passion flower tea
green tea
black tea
black coffee (limited)
Seasonings:
thyme , sage , pepper , rosemary , ginger , tumeric , oregano
2170 calories
This diet is...
Low carb
High fibre
Good for thyroid
Detox the liver
No artificial sweetner
Intermittent fasting
Low caffiene
Low sodium
Adequate potassium
Skin healthy
Adequate omega 3
Anti-estrogenic
I think ive covered everything that could possibly be holding me back from single digit bodyfat
all thats needed now is serious lifting and cardio - i hope!
any input appreciated

Unless the tea(s) and coffee is decaf, then youll be getting plenty of caffeine with that diet.
Where's the macro breakdown? (Not that I count anything more than protien anyway)
Where's the workout schedule?
You must like eggs, because I would get sick of eating 10 eggs per day pretty quickly.

:x What's so bad about water retention? Do you have a weigh-in to make?
