My post workout shake is ON's pro complex (chocolate) with a table spoon of peanut butter and a hand full of oats. The thing is, what kinda oats should I use or where can I get some. I was thinking just take some out of an oatmeal box, but someone said throwing cheerios in there will do the trick? Suggestions?
o, my bad, I still am kinda noobish with diets so I'm doing the best I can. So complex carbs only before workout? What do you suggest I mix in, anything?
I guess I'll leave that out and throw the peanut butter in with my middle of the day plane whey protein shake, slowing down the absorption seems good there.
