split body or full body
i was wondering what type of workout is better for muscle building split body or full body i have just recently stopped my HIT training because it produced no results after 6 weeks and i am looking for new workouts

HIT? If you mean HIIT = cardio. (wrong muscles)
Fullbody.
Do some research, then come back.

I believe that everyone except advanced bodybuilders should do either fullbody workouts or uppler lower splits for best results

it consisted of 12 exersises and you did them till failure, my goal was to add 1 inch to my arms at the end of the six weeks instead i lost 1 inch on my biceps and an inch on my forearms, on the diet part all i drink is water and i had a high protien and high carb diet
