Help me rediscover my love for oats, PLEASE!
cuz right now, unless they are sweetened, i cannot STAND them. whereas, about a year ago i was in love with them. damn.

Use splenda and PB. You can also add some flavored whey which would be a great addition but tastes wise and nutritionally.

little over 1 cup water, 80g (1cup) oats, put in microwave for 4:30, take out, put 1 tablespoon walden farms chocoalte syrup = so good you do not need any "sweeteners" at all.

Also, try splenda and cinnamon, HONEY (so good), fruits, mix w/skim milk instead of water.

Why not just eat something else for a while? There are tons of things other than oats out there.

eat honey nut cheerios instead...or Kashi go lean crunch and if someone says anything about the soy in the the kashi making your estrogen levels increase kick them in the balls.
