Without knowing how old you are, your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is roughly 1800 calories, so logic says that you aren't doing any cutting at all if you're over 2100 calories. use

one question...156 pounds at 6'2" is a pretty lean body...why are you cutting?
I'm 5'6" and at 165 right now with 13% body fat. my goal is to be 155 pounds at 7% by end of october.
