Made these today.
They taste fine. Could probably use a little more splenda, but nonetheless for 38 calories per bite-size muffin, it's great.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Oats (grind them then add the following)
1 Cup Egg Subs
1.5tbsp Cocoa
1 Scoop Whey
Mix thoroughly and add as much splenda as you would like. I used 1tbsp.
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes (I took them out constantly after 10 minute to keep checking until they were done)
I advise you undercook them a little though because mine were a little dry, and would be better if a little more gooier in the middle.
Entire batch = Total Cals = 613cals 244carbs 252protein 117fat
I got 16 bite size muffins so my macros =
Per Muffin:
3.8g Carbs
4g Protein
.75g Fat
.75g Fiber
