GREEN MAG questions
Hey-
I have started taking Green mag but I am not sure of three things...
1- Is it best to take pre or post workout? FYI- I take Xtend & a WPI during the workout.
2- What would the dosage be for a 110-112 lb lady?
3- Can is cause bloat? I have taken it twice and while I loved the taste, I swear I am see some bloat.

1- A lot of people take it 45mins pre.
2- I think you should be good at 1 scoop.
3- I haven't heard of anybody (including me) talking about any bloat.

Well for a beautiful lady as yourself I'd say take half pre and half post... I take all mine pre 45min tho. dosage just 1 serving a day 5grams and I have seen no bloat from this then again I'm a guy dont know how it effects ladys!

split the dosage to half pre and half post to avoid stomach issue. you may be able to get away with like 3/4 serving

I have a couple sample packets and that is what I am taking. I just split the packet in half, taking one half yesterday and the other half today.
Is that the right amount?
I don't want to buy a whole tub if it turns out to bloat me. (Or could it be Xtend or Substance WPI blaoting me?)

it shouldnt bloat you, there havent been any complaints as such. take 3/4 of the packet per day (half pre workout and half post)

Hey Y'all,
I tried the half dosage and I am a little less bloated but I have to admit, I was having a major brain fart and I put the entire half portion (2 tsps) in my preworkout drink instead of putting one in pre and one in post. Duh...
I will do one tsp pre and one tsp post tomorrow, dammit.
Oh, and if a wpi/ bcaa drink during workouts is the cause of the bloat, I can easily switch. But no, I am not lactose intolerant that I know of. And from what I have heard it is NOT the kind of thing you can miss!! *lol*

Hey Y'all,
So I split the dosage pre and post today and I did have less bloating but it is not completely gone. I'll give it a couple more days. Maybe it is something else. Hope so b/c I really like Green Mag and the taste is awesome.

I haven't noticed any bloating. Bloating to me is when there is excess water outside your skins and makes you look soft.
Green mag has put so much freaking mass IN my muscles it's crazy. All the water I drink goes straight to my muscles instead of outside my skin.....if that makes any sense.
Maybe your just seeing "bloatage" of your muscles. I've taken regular creatine and have experienced water bloat......and green mag is the opposite.

You could always water it WAYYYY down and put it in a gallon milk jug (captain obvious says: NO MILK OF COURSE  )... BUT once the gallon jug is empty, leave the top off.

I am very intrested in taking Green MAG
This would be my second time taking creatine, i started out with regular Monohydrate but after reading about green mag i am so anxious to try it. My question is, Have you guys using it seen an increase in strength and workout length over regular monohydrate?
