List the foods you most love to taste/eat (not for health reasons)
big mac + large fries + large coke + tons of ketchup (dip the fries into)
I eat this for lunch sometimes
sausage mcmuffin w/ egg + 2 hash browns + some kind of drink..... but that **** is ****ing expensive so i dont bother
my favorite fast food is between burger king dblstacker and mcdonalds big mac meals
I also love fish and chips
mmm yeah salted steak fries + fried fish (super thin and crispy crust). dip the fish in tartar sauce. oh yeah mmmmm.
I love mashed potatoes with the works (sour cream, shredded cheese, butter, salt, etc)
I also love a green peppers, spicy sausage, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms pizza from papa johns with blue cheese dressing as a dipping sauce. mmmm gotta luv that blue cheese i buy it from the store i store up on blue cheese dressing!
also, i like buying peanut butter cup ice cream (yeah, i think dreyers sells it. peanut butter cup flavored ice cream with peanut butter cup pieces in it). I split a banana, put 2 scoops of that between it with extra thick whipped cream to top it off and sprinkle with crushed pieces of Nutrageous (candy bar) and top it off again some microwaved melted Nutrageous goo
Well. I have just listed all of my favorite foods. thank you.

In all seriousness, I'm enjoying the foods I eat now more than the unhealthy foods I enjoyed eating before. For instance, my favorite food would be chicken and fish, but before, it used to be pizza and double-doubles. Now I can't even stomach pizza and hamburgers but I am more than willing to stuff my face with chicken and fish.

man i dont know how u eat that fast food.. im on a x2 with the post abvoe urs.. since eating healthy for a few years now i cant even stomach fast food or chips / pop / ice cream.. it just doesnt taste the same.. its weird how the body has changed and taste buds have changed really
if im in hunger ill go grab some celery and PB, oats, WW bread and PB, maybe fire up some kind of protein source such as some chicken, can of tuna, or make myself a nice protein shake with some berries or cut up fruit like a banana in it
i dont know.. i use to weigh 230 and play the offensive line.. stuffing myself day in and day out with ****ty foods and it sucked because i hated doing it, but i loved the challenege of playing the O-Line and i was good at it (captain, and all district lineman, along with in the hall of fame for my high school) then i decided to cut 90 lbs after tearing my MCL my senior year and started eating healthy..
life has just changed
but back in the day when i was a kid and got really fat i would stuff my face after school with cooler ranch doritos and watch cartoons (if i remember) never a fan of fast food though

Grilled (BBQ) Broccoli - my new 'thing', can't get enough.
CC + Davinci + FS pudding + fruit + Almond butter - always been soooo goood.
Some quality restaurant deserts and quality chocolate in general. One restaurant near me has brownies and chocolate 'nibbles' of various descriptions that are actually worth eating for desert.
Mango's seem to be in season and tasty right now.
Lamb - that's one meat I'd eat more of if it were less fatty and more freely available here.
Coconuts - Hmmm, I'd eat these if they fit more easily into my macros/calories. But these to me are like some people's issues with PB. Once I start, that's it.
BTW I don't eat anything for 'health' reasons. If Big mac's got me fit and ripped, I'd be eating those. I find that stuff totally tastes like crap to me now though, I'd definitely rather eat a mango than a Big Mac. I havent had fries for a long time, not sure if I'd like them anymore. I bet I'd still prefer grilled sweet potato with a bit of olive oil over fast food fries.
But, I guess I remember in my teens and 20's I used to like that crud food.

I think it's happened to a lot of us.
I definitely wouldn't even like a fast food burger. I think I would enjoy 1 donut or some ice cream + hot chocolate sauce etc.. or a small slice of cheesecake or some home-made cakes etc.. occasionally, but any of that stuff too regularly or in any large quantity would take away the enjoyment.
Where as I can overly stuff myself with grilled broccoli and sweet potato.
The other day I had a cheat 1/2 day, had quite a few beers and went 'mad' on the broccoli, ate 1/2 butternut squash with home made salsa (as well as other meat, veg, dips etc...). Also had 2 small middle Eastern sugary deserts (can't remember the name of them now though) and some of my sons Birthday cake when I got home. But that was plenty of 'crud' for me. The cake actually tasted good when I was drunk! It didn't when I was sober and I'm sure that although i felt like i was stuffing my face with it, the amount I actually had was relatively small compared with what most people would eat.
For instance to me a whole cup of ice cream is a '****load' and would constitute a 'stuffing'. In fact I don't think I'd enjoy much more than a whole cup of even the best ice cream. Where as for broccoli a 'stuffing' would be 2+ large (say 8 inch diameter) heads, or 1-2lb worth and I'd still be enjoying it, even when I feel full.
Still I would guess that 50% of my 'cheat' calories that day were from 'healthy' foods with most of the rest being beer.
Most of the time when I just 'eat what I want', I go though tubs of CC! The problem when I eat a lot of deserts and sugary/fatty sweet foods is that I've overdone them in the past, gotten fat and I still have that association. So even though I like the taste, I feel uneasy eating them. Where as I can eat 2-4 cups of cottage cheese during the day, or a load of broccoli or sweet potato or squash and not have that association and enjoy even the 4th cup rather than feeling like I'm gaining 5lb of flab.

Now that I have to agree with. I love a good burger grilled to perfection on a toasted bun at a restaurant, but the deepfried gray mystery meat patties at fast food restaurants really don't do much for me.
I LOVE ice cream, of all kinds, but now I can't even really cheat with that b/c I'm lactose intolerant.

If ice cream was healthy, it's probably all I would ever eat. There's always room for ice cream...
But in general I also prefer healthy foods to junk foods (greasy stuff doesn't sit well with my stomach any more).
