Help finding/making the best long term 5 day a week program to hit bps twice a week

I've been training pretty religiously with program #1 on this page ---> http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw28.htm for a couple months now, and while I am pleased with my progress in a lot of areas, I am starting to plateau in the 145lb range. Some of my dumbbell exercises like the preacher curl and fly are just plain dismal (stuck at 35lbs for the last few weeks).

I try to supplement properly, get good sleep, and keep my diet in check, but the fatigue just plain seems to catch up with me. I will do pretty good for a while, then either strain something on a high rep day, or just plain find myself exhausted and need to take extra days off after a couple weeks. The volume actually seems to be pretty good, and I like hitting body parts twice a week, but I really get the feeling that another day of rest per week would help.

Can anyone suggest a good 5 day a week program for mass that hits body parts twice per week? Preferably one that has a long term plan for multiple months to help me pace my progress as effectively as possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

-Thanks
-James
