split body vs. full body, which is better?

I'm trying to lose fat/get toned and my workout routine currently consists of this:
Mon- legs + Abs
Tue- Chest + Tris + Abs
Wednesday - Back + Bis
Thursday - Shoulders + Trps + Abs
Friday - Full body circuit + Abs

Cardio for 20 minutes after each day. Routine is extremely similar to cut diet, modified for time purposes though.

Is a split like this effective? I wonder if i'm giving each muscle too much time to rest before training?I'm usually only sore for about 1 day, L-Glut helps...
I dont want to get huge just look more vascular and muscular by losing fat and toning up.

thoughts?

I think it looks okay if you're not really worried about gaining muscle (you said your goal was to loose fat and gain a little bit of muscle)

But if muscle if your priority that's going to take some more thinking into what you're doing.

And the thread title has nothing to do with the thread.
