carbing up once every week or twice every week?

to me it just doesn't seem like it's enough time to loose enough fat by stopping keto every week to carb up. is carbing up every two weeks better for loosing far buy worse for keeping muscle? what r you're thoughts and experiences?

Depends on your goals. If fat loss is your priority, then having longer gaps between carb-ups could work better. It doesn't have to be be every Saturday, no reason why you shouldn't carb-up every 9 or 10 days if that suits you better.

I made the most progress on fat loss by carbing up once every 1.5 or 2 weeks. But my intensity in the gym suffered badly. I don't think you'll lose a lot of muscle though...you just can't work out nearly as much because if you go below a really low amount of glycogen in the muscle it will start to break down (from what I understand).

I carb up bi weekly now, lost a considerable ammount of lean mass when carbing up once a week and even once every 15 days, it was a mistake

I also carb up every two weeks, I have had some great results: maximum fat loss and no loss in muscle mass.
