Soft when relaxed?
Anyone else have pretty soft muscle when not flexing?
My arms have gotten alot bigger ive started out and even tho they look fairly big non flexed, they are kinda soft.

Low bodyfat leads to muscle hardness. Though, it's really not in a muscles agenda to be hard while unflexed.
Think about being punched in the abdominal when flexed and unflexed. The difference is huge, and noone can take a good punch to the gut unflexed.

muscles are made up of 70% water even when your not retaining excessive amounts, the only way i have seen hard water is in the freezer, if you want to de-hydrate yourself then your muscles will look alot harder but they will also suffer in the size department.

When I drank alot of water I felt bloated all the time it was good tho because I felt hydrated and healthy and football practice wasnt as hot and hard as it normally would when i hardly drank anything during the day.
Bad side effect tho is the peeing, I peed like every 45mins

If you want to make your muscles look harder just take a dumbell and curl it to your arm swells. (serious)

Unflexed muscles = not Hard
Flexed muscles = Hard
Thats really nothing new , thats completly logical , you think ronnie has steel hard muscles when not flexing? No way , you can sueze them

are you taking creatine mono? If so your body is prob holding alot of water..giving the illusion of size, not knocking creatine mono but thats seroiusly what, from what i have seen, it does to people.
