Might be best if you read some of the stickies

One thing tho, 30-50g per day carbs would be OK (I think) for TKD but for CKD you're shooting for no more than 5% of cals from carbs, which for most people will come out somewhere between 20 and 30g. And none of those should come from fruit - too high GI

You can eat berries in moderation during the week, and then when you carb up you can eat higher GI stuff like bananas and oranges.

On carb-up, your carbs are proportional to lean mass and in keeping with your goals. But you do get to eat a lot of them.

Fruit had some nutritional benefit, yes, but less than more people think. Most of your leafy green vegetables are a better source of Vitamin C than most fruit, and has a lot more health benefits too. As already mentioned, berries are better than high-gi fruits like bananas.

I'm kind of a rebel when it comes to fruit- I think we evolved eating it when it was ripe- which isn't very often. I eat fruit on the weekends usually (instead of a large milk shake ).
