Maybe you'll have noticed this, but since 2 weeks I've been willing to get *really* serious about bodybuilding. I've been lifting for years, with some gaps, but now I do really want to get serious.
I've split my workouts, started to do some cardio, started having supplements (prots with NitroTech, fat burner with Hydxroxycut Hardcore, and vitamines with this insane AnimalPak), drinking a lot, paying attention to what I eat (but not that much, i'm of that body type that can eat whatever without storing a pound of fat / I've had since age of 20 till now 27 quite the same BF, didn't notice any metabolism reversal unlike tons of friend of mine around their 24-25), but still having problem finding the time to sleep enough....
Well, after all that, how are you guys able to say what actually works ?
If I do get some results, I won't be able to claim "NT is great, I could achieve such and such", or "HH is ****, it did only get me over-excited". It's a whole package, so..
But definitely now, I do see enormous changes in my body, but I think it's only due to my muscle's permanant half-pumped state (ie, from going to the gym more frequently). Or maybe also feeling like my skin on my stomach is getting looser ? but I just can't recall what it was exactly before I began.
My goal is over anything else to get :
Quote:
5. Ripped = Abs are clearly visible all the time, vascularity in arms is prominent, chest and back separation is obvious, and face is starting to appear more angular. Condition can be held indefinitely. Approximate bodyfat level = 7-9%

I think I'm currently around 9-10. Due to my bone structure and overall proportions, I don't find it advisable for me to get too massive, it's not "getting along" with me. I sure have huge flaws to fix (legs -- who don't ?--, upper chest). I wish I could post here some pics but won't be at home for the next month, with currently only spartan equipment.
Thx,
