Cutting - What are foods that I can eat as much as I want?
I eat a lot of food, so I need a list of stuff that I can eat all that I want to stay full when I get hungry between meals.
Here is what I have...
cabbage
lettuce
cucumbers
spinach
broccoli
cauliflower
carrots...
1. Basically any non - starch vegetable is ok, right?
2. Is there anything I can soak broccoli or cauliflower in to soften it up, besides steaming it? I guess steaming wouldn't be too bad.
3. What besides vinegar, hot sauce, and lemon juice would be good to use to choke some of this stuff down?
4. Is there anything else I am missing that I can eat a ton of while cutting, like sugar free rice cakes or something?

Definitly not the rice cakes, way too many simple carbs for cutting. Might be ok post workout but thats about it imho. They could work into your diet while cutting but by no means should you go overboard.
I personally use a small amount of dried fruit while cutting. 2 small dried apple rings as a post meal desert add minimal calories, don't spike my insulin, add fiber and help with my sweet cravings.
Otherwise your freebie list looks good. You may want to try some zero calorie dressings like those from Waldaan Farms. Their Ranch isn't too bad for being zero calorie.

Celery, peas, kidney beans, etc(fair amount of protein in peas & beans).
Drink 1 gallon of water or unsweetened tea a day. It will help keep you feeling full.
Also, it'll be almost impossible to get fat off of tuna, chicken breasts, fat free cottage cheese, egg whites, etc.

That's the thing about a cutting diet...you should always feel satisfied after a meal, not neccesarily full.
