One month of cutting down
Hey there,
I started at 273lbs, but didn't take pics till i had already dropped down to 260. I'm 6' tall, and 236lbs as of this morning when these new pics were taken. I've been bouncing between 250 & 270 for years, but this is the lightest I've been in a while. I'm taking jujitsu now, and thats given me a lot of motivation. It's just a lot harder to roll when you're obese.
I'm switching to a CKD as of today. I'll post new pics in another 4 weeks.
Results from this 4week cycle: lost 24lbs, 4.5" on waist, 1" on chest, & .5" on arms.
Current Stats:
Gut 44"
Waist @ Belt 41"
R bi 16.25"
L bi 15 7/8"
Shoulders 57.5"
Chest 48.5"
R Quad 27.5"
L Quad 27"

Bet THAT feels better!!!
You can do it!!
I know because I went from 250 with a 46" waist to 185 and completely ripped, 32" waist in 1.5 years.
It'll keep coming off!
Eat clean. Keep up that Jui-Jitsu!
Lifting is KEY for fatloss!
NICE!!

Damn you lost alot, I'd try to slow it down a bit or you'll end up with alot of loose skin.
Good luck with your CKD, i loved mine!

Cyclical Ketogenic Diet. 20-30g carbs/day, not including PWo & weekly carbups.

My goal for the next 4 weeks is 10lbs.
I'm already noticing a bit of loose skin around the love handles. What is the best way to keep it from getting really bad? Just slowly down? Any kind of cream or supp, to give skin more elatisity?
