she is 5 years old and 37.5 bw. she can bench 40lbs. deadlift 50, squat 50, curl 20. is this any good for her weight/age. btw shes not serious abotu lifting i just had her try it this one time

That's decent I guess. I don't know what the norm for a 5 year old is becuase NO ONE TRAINS 5 YEAR OLDS. Except that little Hercules kid. But yea I guess it's good.

yea i was just wondering.. im in the weight room a lot and over half of the girls i see in there can do the olympic bar(45) and they are 15 at over 100 lbs

comparitively thats insane considering
most girls at my old high school couldnt
do the olympic bar and a considerable
amount of guys cannot even bench their
body weight... sadly myself included.
