Ephedra in blood test or urine test questions

Hi guys,

I recently switched insurance companies & they will perform a blood & urine tests. I am about to start an EC stack & I was wondering if it would affect my blood & urine tests. Should I hold off until after the tests?

Wait until you've had the blood test done. Ephedra can cause false positives for methamphetamine use. The two are similar.
