The Man Whose Arms Exploded(vid)(yes repost)(yes interesting)
I'm pretty sure this has been posted before, but I know there are people who haven't seen it. I just got done watching it, and I have to say I was impressed. The title makes you think it's all about Gregg Valentino, but it's about steroids. He is just used as a reference as of why to avoid steroids basically. They never mention synthol. There is a part in the video where they show him taking a needle and sticking it into his right bi repeatedly to drain the blood from it, because it was infected.

Yeah, he and Kelly Ryan were said to have killed their live in assistant. He also got in trouble back in the late 90's for possession with intent to distribute ecstacy.

To us, the educated members of bodybuilding society this is true. To mainstream America any wrongdoing is an injustice to one's self and career. With the recent events of Vick and even Pacman Jones the NFL has come under a hefty spotlight (not that it was never there), but more and more pressure is being placed on the players to be role models. The same holds true for bodybuilding, as many people look up to these athletes and model their lives after them.
