LaBrada Sorenzyme Week By Week Review
I scooped up 2 bottles of this stuff for cheap awhile back off ebay. I'm always looking for something that cuts down on recovery. I'm the kind of guy that is in the weight room forever, pretty much murder the muscle till it doesnt even respond. This is definatly not good when it comes to be sore the next day. I usually can barely move around for 4-5 days after lifting legs. :O It's really rare im ever not sore in the bodypart i lifted the day before.
I'll be dieting the whole time through this review, doing extremely low carbs for 3 days, and then carbing up the 3rd night, and so on. I'm alot sorer while dieting from lack of food and nutrients.
I'm going to update this every few days/every week, whatever I'm feeling.
It's not gonna be to indepth, im just gonna report...
: What bodypart i lifted the day before
: How hard i went
: In relation to how hard i went, did it seem like i had recoverd quicker.
: overall soreness
I will not be taking any supplements during this review that would help with recovery.
Supplements that will be taking during the review:
bold 200
IGF-2
MyoMale
RPM - occasionaly
Whey Protein
LaBrada Sorenzyme
!ENJOY!

I have used this in the past(I also got it cheap on ebay). It really did not help with DOMS much, if at all. They only thing that helps me out in that department is good ole BCAA's. Hopefully it will work for you.

Don't be surprised if it takes going through the first bottle to start feeling the benefits... If you haven't seen this, here's my review of it ...

since one of its main functions is to reduce post work out cortisol should this product be taken pre workout (the directions just mention 45 min before a meal)

I took it post workout, when cortisol is at its highest. I also would take first thing in the morning(also a high time for cortisol).

When I took it postworkout, I did not wait 45 minutes till my post workout shake.

WEEK 1
Dosage: 4 pills all at once.
Time Taken: the majority of the days were right before bed, one time after a workout.
Smell: like crap
Taste: nothing
Bodyparts Lifted During Week: Lats, Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders, Chest, (Legs-Biking)
Effects: well i lifted my chest really hard like 4 days ago, it was dang sore for 2-3 days after, didnt see much help on that at all. i lifted bi's,tri's shoulders all in one dang real hard and was hardly sore the next day and virtualy non existance the 2nd day. I also took 6 mile bike rides 2or3 days too, and my legs are burning up by the end and the next day they werent sore hardly at. so i would have to say in the first week that it has help a bit with bodyparts being less sore the next day and helping speed up recovery in to the next few days. Nothing to major but a lil help, not shab for 1st week. i kinda took it easy this week so we'll see if it holds up this next week when i step up the tempo.

WEEK 2
Dosage: 4 pills all at once.
Time Taken: mixed up between during the day and right befiore bed
Smell: like crap
Taste: nothing
Bodyparts Lifted During Week: Lats, Upperback, chest, abs, bi's, tri's, calves, trapes, (ive been running or doing some kind of cardio everday and my legs never are sore!)
Effects: the tempo of my lifting is definalty increased now that i switched back over to the school gym. when i lift my bi's, tri's, abs, calves the DOMS the next day are literly non-existant, barely feel it at all. On the bigger bodyparts they are still sore as heck but seem to be getting better over the next few days after i lift them, just slightly. so far the product seems to be picking up a lil bit, im sure ill see more into the 2nd bottle.

Slowly but surely you're making steady progress, keep it up!
I'm glad everything's going well, thanks for the update.

my experience with it
I tried a dosage of 2 pills , three times a day with meals , and soreness did decrease . After about 10 days into the trial period , it didnt feel like I worked out that day , and my routine was the same .

WEEK 3
Dosage: 4 pills all at once.
Time Taken: before bed
Smell: like crap
Taste: nothing
Bodyparts Lifted During Week: Lats, Upper and lower back, chest, abs, bi's, tri's, calves, trapes, legs, (ive been running or doing some kind of cardio everday and my legs never are sore!)
Effects: ive really been pounding the weights latly. hardly taking any days off. i really only sore if i completly murder the muscle. and 1 to 2 days later the soreness is virtually gone. small muscles like bi's, calves, abs never get sore anymore. the stuff is definalty looking promising, considering im dieting, taking no creatine daily, and pounding the weights.
