without college all i have to worry about is work. but now my bbing schedule is going to have to revolve around school. luckily we have a gym at our college so i will still be able to workout 3 days a week.
what are some good snacks that i can feed on every 2-3 hours just so i can keep my calorie intake up throughout the day. remember i will be at school, so no huge meals. we do have alot of choices on campus from mexican food to sushi, deli sandwhiches, and a pasta place. but for just something to eat every 2-3 hours what would be ideal??

Wake up, drink ON 100% whey protein, along with multi vitamin, and honey nut cheerios cereal with milk

[ENTER SNACK HERE]-PROBABLY something with a lot of protein and carbs since 12:00 is when i have a break from classes and this will be my workout time
~12:00PM
Purple Wraath about 10 minutes before workout and finish during workout

Finsh Workout and take Universal Torrent
NOW, obviously post workout meal is very important, and from what i understand something with a lot of carbs are good to eat after workout, so would eating pasta with meat sauce and veggies inside with a liter of water be good? what else would be a good post workout meal?
and then get home around 5:00 for dinner~
whatever mom has ready for me
7:00
oatmeal or tuna
right before bed- cottage cheese
basically this is what the workout days will look like, ill probably throw in one more protein shake before my workout, something like 30 minutes before?
