injected each glute. 1" x 23g needle.

very very sore. kinda worried. its been two days and still really sore.

with a 23g you can inject to fast. Thats most likely what you did bro. I normally will have sorenes for 2 days after or so depending on how i inject.

Yep, if you force the injection in to quickly you will cause more damage to the tissue in the area and therefore more pain. Take your time with the plunger. I aim for 1 minute per cc / ml, nice and slowly. The pain can last anything up to a week especially as this is your first time injecting. Don't stress over it. Keep an eye on the area for any signs of it getting read / hot / itchy or a combination of any of these. If its just sore you'll be ok

if this really is your 1rst inject ever thats perfectly normal, it'll take a few shots to get your muscle used to it.

I did my first injection of test e ...schering ag germany ...250mg/ml

I used a 23g 1inch in my quad. I messed it up b/c I pinched my skin and didnt get it into the muscle. I have had a silver dollar sized knot for the last 6 days. It is not itchy or red or painful unless I push on it. Could this be an abcess, or something I need to be worried about, or will it eventually go away?

oh and to answer your question your probably fine, 6 days is a while but I'd give it a few more before you worry
