Getting teeth whiter without lasers/doctors
Hey guys, I used crest white trips and they did wonders and I want to improve my teeth even more without lasers/doctors. I was thinking of buying carbamide peroxide off ebay but am unsure, what can I buy that isn't going to cost a fortune but will whiten my teeth?

I recently used Crest White Strips, and they worked pretty well. Got a lot of the yellow **** from smoking off my teeth. I know you've tried them, but that's all I've got

Use the Listerine Whitening. It's just a white mouthwash bottle. Swish it around for a minute before brushing 2x a day and it works great, even if you only use it once in a while.

whitening tooth past is garbage. Crest strips FTW, I use hydrogen proxied (same **** as the strips) garggle for 5 mins morning and 5 at night. My teeth are always super white

I use Dr. Collins bleaching gel. I already have trays from a previous dentist visit, but you can get them made pretty easily.
I think I paid $40 for a box which I'm guessing is going to last me about a year.

you could use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. doesn't taste good at all but it does the job

problem with whitening tooth paste is some have abrassives witch will harm your enamal, and the few that do contain proper whitening ingredients dont have enough contact time with your teeth.
hydrogen proxide Im telling you 5-10 mins in the morning 5-10 mins at night. By it at wallgreen, walmart, anywhere. its like $1
