taking a much needed break from creatine..now what?

ok so ive been using creatine post workout and NOxplode pre for about 4 days a week for about 1 whole year....ive started to worry about the liver/kidney problems associated with this, and ill be taking a physical soon to see how my body is doing....but i know once i stop using these products I know i will see some changes like: my strength go down, i might lose muscle, therefore lose weight, i will look smaller......i will try to replace the creatine post workout, with a plate of oatmeal, and i will replace the NOxplode, with 2 cups of coffee.......is there any other safe supplements i can use to temporarily replace those supplements?HOw badly can i expect my strength,weight,and size to change? How much harder can i expect my workouts to be???also, does anyon routinely take breaks from these supplements to break the tolerance, or just to keep ur organs healthy?

you can switch to beta alanine for 3 weeks then switch back to creatine + the beta alanine after that

I'd stop taking NO Xplode, and switch to a creatine mono, but there is no need to stop creatine.

well like i said.......ive taken about 10g of creatine about 4 times a week for about 1 year straight......im counting the creatine in the NOxplode, and other creatines i have used with great results including sizeon, storm, CEXL, and regular mono

no-xplode isnt really creatine. i think it only has a gram a scoup. you probably need a break from caffeine and might have withdraws (serious) if you have been taking it 4x weekly for a year. getting on a real creatine like mono wont be a health problem

Assuming you drink lots of water, creatine mono is very safe.

from creatine to oats is fine, but dont try to replace one stimulant (noxplode) with another (coffee). they really arent different enough to warrent cycling and you are much better off eating an apple or something. if you want to give your body a break that is perfectly fine and a good idea, but what you are doing is merely a break for your wallet.
