lol ! why cant you go to the gym and not wash your hair ?? you can have a shower without washing your hair.. but anyway:
(you can try a 3day-slipt routine)
Monday: Legs ; Abs (wash your hair here)
Tuesday: Rest
Wednsday: Biceps ; Back (and here)
Thursday:Rest
Friday: Chest; Shoulders; Triceps (and here)
Saturday:Rest
Sunday:Rest
(or a 4day-slipt routine)
Monday: Legs ; Abs
Tuesday:
Wednsday: Chest; Triceps
Thursday:
Friday: Back ; Biceps
Saturday:
Sunday: Shoulders; Traps
(here you "would have to" wash your hair on two days in a row...)
