Is This good for a days eating?

So far today ive ate these foods, Im still learning so don't flame me please. I did not eat all the food listed at once I ate 1 canned vegatables with each meal. I hope im on the right track but for some reason I don't think I am.

9:00 Morning Meal

You need to eat more than 3 meals a day. Eat 6-7 smaller meals a day. More protein. What are your goals? You got a lot of work ahead....

It's easier to read if you just put all the foods together, then the facts, instead of listing everything out. IE:
