my work in progress
hey guys,
thats what i've gained so far, i went from being a 125 ok built wrestler to a 141 . i started at the end ofjanuary of this year took a month off in may and been back in it ever since..

thanks , im not tall im only 5.5 5.6 . my goal is to be around 155 160 by next summer .

hey might i ask how many days a week you work on your chest?.. also what do you do for it as well? impressive results.. very impressive

i started doing it 2 times a week as chest and tri day, then i stoped and started doing it once a week . most guys on here told me to stick with no more than 12 sets , i do about 20 ...
Flat barbell bench press: 3x10 + 2 warm up
Flat dumble bench press 3x10
Incline barbell bench press 3x10
Incline dumble bench press 3x10
Decline barbell bench press 3x10
Dips 2x10
Dumbbell flat bench Flyes 3x10
Dumbbell incline bench flyes 3x10

yea im that light
arms workout mostly consist of compound exercises like bench and barbell row, but on friday i isolate biceps and triceps. Just follow billy starr 5x5
