Bodyspace arm measurements in people's profiles flexed vs relaxed
I know that one is supposed to measure in a relaxed state for accurate measurements, but when I look in people's bodyspace profiles, 95% of the time comparing pics to measurements I have to think that most are flexed. My arms are probably my weakest point, so maybe its just self consciousness, but I can't help but think about it. Maybe I just see myself differently in the mirror than I actually look, but I will look at someone's pics in bodyspace and their arm measurement that they put in is what mine is flexed and they look the same size as me and are similar height. I dunno i guess this thread is just a pointless rant so I'll just put a request to end
comments/thoughts?

thats what I'm thinking. I was just looking at some kid's with the exact same measurements as me almost except that he says his arms are 15.5 inches... which mine are when flexed and he looked the same size as me. I know this is just one example and i should care less about other people, but I like looking at other people with similar measurements because its easier to tell how I look since it's harder to evaluate oneself since I see myself in the mirror everyday

Most people are probably adding imaginary inches as well. E-stats are rampant.

hah on the e-stats... i put in my max lifts today and feel stupid having calculated totals in my profile and think I'm going to max out some of these lifts over the next week in order to put true 1-2 rep maxes rather than calculated 8 reps of DL's and squats and curls (lowest number of reps in last two months in my journal)

I put my flexed cold arm measurements, there was a thread and most everyone agreed that arm measurements are taken flexed cold.

x2. I used to do unflexed, but people would pm/comment me saying like, how your arms be so small, they look atleast .... etc.
I took out calculated 1 RM from my stats cause I decided they were BS
