If those are the choices, come to grips with the fact that you're not going to eat clean, and stuff your face with delicious greasy food.

Well like I said, there's really not a good option in that case, but the chicken parm and cheesesteak probably have the most protein.

Get some buffalo wings if you're really worried about it.
A better choice would be to just eat some great-tasting greasy food and relax on this great Monday night. Well, Friday would probably offer more of an excuse, but, oh well.

All of those suggestions are terrible!!! if anything revamp the list and see if you can get some chicken or turkey sub.. if not try for a salad with a better protein source then any of those above

if they can make chicken parm they can grill you chicken. I'm sure it's too late but for next time just ask for a grilled chicken breast, 90% of restaurants can do that.

I've done that at pretty much every restaurant you can think of. I like to consider myself a "Grilled Chicken Breast Connoisseur" for all the restaurants across the United States.

Here you go!
All suggestions above and also you could try a simple pasta and sauce- Carbs yes.. but use it as a carb load for a solid workout the next day. Sauces tend to be oily and such but have other good things in them. The grinders and lasagna= super caloric, fattening, etc.
Chicken Caesar salad not bad- worst thing is dressing but it sure beats a grinder/ calzone w/e. Although it might not be incredibly fulfilling.
Pizza is not horrible either. Get a small pizza with cheese and veggies and enjoy!
