Cauliflower ear...?

I'm sure we all have heard of or know what cauliflower ear is. Ric Flair is a prime example. I was wondering if there is any way to prevent this without looking like Rick Steiner? I really don't want to end up with this when I get older.

Not sure how to prevent it, but look at guys in the UFC like Randy Coture. That **** is nasty.

It happens a lot more from legit matwork than pro wrestling...but pretty much only headgear is gonna protect you.

dude, Steiner wrestled in college. That is why he has Cauliflower ear. I have never seen a pro wrestler get cauliflower ear. To answer your question the only way to prevent cauliflower ear is to wear headgear and quit getting your ass kicked.

If you are really a "young wrestler," shouldn’t you be out training? Dude you live on this forum I am starting to question your validity. You have any pic that you can share with the rest of us so we can see if u r for real. All yeah, your profile said that you are 17 years old, why arnt you in school. I smell a troll folks.

Listen, you make posts about watching 2 dogs hump and you're calling me a troll??? I have been on this forum for a few months, and had nothing but good experiences, and you say I live here? You can rep me if you want, it doesn't matter one way or the other to me. I'm not a rep whore, I've been very lucky to have been big repped by a few people that have taken me under their wing and have wished me luck in my career. Also, I doubt that pic is you. Give me a break.
