Get a cold pack or put a spoon in the freezer/fridge and press it to the spot. That's what those cucumber slices at spas and **** are for, they're just there to keep the area cold and reduce the darkness/swelling.

I get minimum of 9 hours of sleep, drink over a gallon of water a day.
My height is 6'3 and my weight is 171 lbs.
I dont drink soda but I would very rarely smoke a cigarette.
I still dont know what the hell is causing it.
Although I am infront of the T.V and the my laptop for a good time of the day.

more water, wear prescription glasses if your vision isn't 20/20, q10 lotion or anything with vitamin K, and cucumbers help too.

I had it quite bad but this fixed it:
1. Drink lots of water a day
2. Get enough exercise a day
3. Make sure your diet is good
4. take breaks from pc and tv etc
5. If on a PC remember to BLINK! trust me, if you stare at a screen for ages the eyes become stresed and tired
6. DONT WASTE MONEY on creams designed for dark circles under the eyes, they're non effective (learned from experience)
7. My friend who has dark circles (a girl) using a little bit of foundation on the dark marks, it works great, Ive tried it too [lol] (no homo)
8. Concealer does work for guys and girls

plop teabags in some boiling water.. Cool that down in the fridge.. Place on eyes for 10 min (tannins are what you want here)
cooled cucumbers too, also the teaspoons
eat fruit
if you are that worried about it you can get fat injected into that part of your skin to make it look nicer

potato slices don't really work, either do cucumbers
Cucumber for under eye puffiness
It is a popular practice to place freshly cut cucumber slices over one's eyes in order to reduce puffiness and "that tired look". Some think that cucumber flesh can reduce swelling and revitalize skin. Alas, it cannot.
Cucumber is over 90 percent water and the rest is mostly inert fiber with no skin benefits. However, cucumber slices do sometimes reduce puffiness a bit. That's because they are cold! You store your cucumbers in the refrigerator, don't you? It is the cold (not the cucumber) that shrinks the swelling by constricting blood vessels and thus reducing inflow of fluid into soft tissues. You can get the same results with a washcloth dipped in cold water. - www.smartskincare.com

hemorhoidd cream (sp?)
Dr. Debra Jaliman, a clinical instructor in dermatology at New York?s Mount Sinai School of Medicine said phenylephrine "tightens facial skin by temporarily constricting blood vessels and shrinking under-eye tissue - the same way it constricts and shrinks rectal blood vessels and tissue." However, a Whitehall representative said Preparation H is not meant for the eyes and shouldn?t be applied there.
Since the skin around the eyes is thinner, it?s more sensitive and prone to adverse reactions that can occur from the ingredients found in Preparation H. There have been reports of irritation, burning, and itching among others.

They said just dont use it for months straight because it shrinks your poors/skin/hemoroids...Thus, it can cause iritation with long term use

Good post, but I'm talking about the real world (it works and I haven't heard of any backfire). Doctors will state this for legal purposes. Kind of like getting ephedrine as a bronchodilator...we know that many people don't use ephedrine as bronchodilators, but that's how it's stated on the box for use (legal purposes).
