What to eat if working out in very early morning?
I am planning on working out at 6 tomorrow morning, and when ever I have to work on my workout days. Just cuz after a full day of work I am usually pretty tired plus I usually eat n then go out after work. I am just wondering what I should eat before bed so that I have energy in the morning? I am eating 4 slices of whoel weat bread with penut butter and nuttella on them, a pint of milk, and a bananna. What would you suggest eating beore bed? And what to eat first thing in the morn?
