What to eat if working out in very early morning?

I am planning on working out at 6 tomorrow morning, and when ever I have to work on my workout days. Just cuz after a full day of work I am usually pretty tired plus I usually eat n then go out after work. I am just wondering what I should eat before bed so that I have energy in the morning? I am eating 4 slices of whoel weat bread with penut butter and nuttella on them, a pint of milk, and a bananna. What would you suggest eating beore bed? And what to eat first thing in the morn? Thanks ppl

well, at night either take a protein shake or egg whites. Oates arent bad, but they have more carbs than you really want to eat that late. In the morning eat carbs/protein, not alot just enough to get through the lifting. Then eat after.

Have you thought about an N.O. product for the morning? to help with energy or some type of caffeine?

My mom dumped my No xplode and Cellmass on the driveway when we got in a fight the other day, good thing I kept my 6lb tubs of whey in my room that day. I have coffee that I will def drink tomorrow morning for the wake-up and energy boost.

I don't think you can really do much about eating something at bedtime to give yourself energy for the next morning. Ideally you want casein protein before you go to bed (milk, cottage cheese, or some casein supplement). Then when you wake up in the morning eat a good amount of carbs to give yourself energy for your workout.
