alright guys, if you are reading this go get a glass of water and hydrate, just a friendly reminder..... ok here it is...i am getting ready for very rough 5 months ahead of me. I really plan on kicking my ass into some unbelievable hardcore shape. i plan on at least gaining about 10 lbs. and leaning to the extreme..... i eat great right now, dont cheat, and when i start this i will be eating unbelievably clean, fruits, veggies, turkey, chicken breast, oatmeal, eggs, whole grains....etc. there is not really much of an opportunity for me to eat dirty (im going to the desert again....) i will be lifting every other day and on the other days swimming and running or rucking. (I will be taking rest days) i am trying to focus on and increase my endurance mostly, and strength to follow. my current supps are
multi
now adam-on non lifting days, will probably switch to opti men
animal pak-on lifting days, and yes i notice a huge difference when i dont take the pak on lifting days
creatine
animal pump- on lifting days
bulk creatine mono- non lifting days
bcaa/eaa
purple wraath
stim
ergo amp- lifting days 2 caps
protein
on whey
and of course fish oil
things i need help with......
i was always trying to make a good bcaa/eaa blend with beta and citruline just like the wraath, but i find TP custom blend a little confusing especially when i dont know what is the dosage in wraath, i will probably just stick with the wraath, it has never failed me.
i have been looking into xfactor for some time, what worries me is the fact some people experience joint pains, which are not an option for me, and also people saying not to take fish oil, which is not an option either. fish oil will always be in my diet.
since i will be running, swimming and rucking, i am looking for a good joint health supp, should i stick with the basics like glucosamine or go for something more like cissus, or animal flex.
when i start in september i will make my first log and progress thread, and will be updating info every other day with with about 5 progress pics of different poses every other week. and i will take advice on changing the routine and supp intake if advice is good and referenced. i appreciate all of the help i have already received from bb.com and the members, and i am looking forward to receiving some good info and feedback when my progress thread starts.
thanks guys and gals, you should now be done drinking your glass of water.
