Sizeon 2 months, should I take a break?
Ive been on sizeon now 2 months about to finish 2nd tub, Got some decent gains, nothing INSANE but it definitely works. Anyway I was wondering if I should just buy another 2 tubs and keep taking it for 2 more months or stop this month, or switch it with something else. I am worried about the health and safety of taking it consistently. Let me know, thanks.

This is basically just a creatine product, so no you should not cycle off. Just keep taking it forever, and actually the truth is with creatine you never want to miss a single day! And this product has no health or safety risks at all.

Theres no science to back up my opinion but I would personally just get off the sizeon and buy a tub of something else and when that tub is done go back on the sizeon.

No problem with taking it longer. If you want to use it again, go ahead. It's just what you prefer at this point.

I am going to purchase another tub, so this will be 3 months straight on SizeOn. I haven't had any side effects at all, so hopefully I never do. What are some comparable products to sizeon maybe ill switch it up this month? can someone list a few things like sizeon, thanks!

from what i've heard, it's better to switch to something like plain mono for a bit, because sizeon is not just a creatine, its got lots of other stuff in there too. creatine as a standalone, though, does not need to be cycled.

Hey, i just got my sizeon delivered like 20 minutes ago. It says take right before bed and during workout. Does that mean twice a day or before bed ONLY on off days?
also, how do u take your SizeOn?

what are u guys talkin about... read the directions on the tub? sip on it durning your workout on training days, and drink it before bed on OFF days. This means once a day period
