Does creatine bloat your face?
It seems like several days after I take creatine my face seems fatter... does this happen to you?

if you take creatine monohydrate yes and other types aswell, if you don't want this take creatine ethyl ester, no water weight

i have been on HP mono and my face has definetly become more puffy....what is the best creatine to take which will not casuse this?
some people say SizeON but that is also a mono creatine right?
please help

creatine mono is the only proven creatine 2 work.
None of the rest have been proven.
like that cellmass CEM3 technology creatine turned out to be a blood thiner,
Bsn cellmass have now changed there formula thow.
but yea some people get bloat some people dont,
