Injured in my back, advice needed?
Doctor said that I have to take rest for maybe 7 to 10 days, my question is should I continue taking Stak2 during the rest time?

If you want' to controll your appetite a little more take them or if you wan't some added energy. I know people who take stackers for energy and don't even work out.

what the hell is stak2 ne way? Thought you ment Sacker 2 as in the weight loss pill though.

As I know Stak2 should be taken for 21 days I'm afraid to lose its effect if i stopped taking it

Ya could and it would help... But then again, it comes down to cost-benefits. If you're out of action, you may want to hold the cycle off until you can hit the weights again.
Truth is, EAAs like those find in Animal Nitro may be a better bet. One interesting study looked at the value of EAAs and bedrest in humans and found that EAAs helped those hold on to more lean mass...
