you really want to take the no-xplode on an empty stomach, dont eat at all during the workout, then when its over take the cellmass. wait about a 1/2 hour befor you take protein. this works for me at least.
I take Cellmass 20 minutes before I end my workout and then have a shake right after workout (literally 20 minutes after taking Cellmass). I?ve done this for 3 cycles now and it works for me.
To get serious again...
My workouts last about the same time, sometimes longer.
I get a high protein moderate carb meal before workout. Fruit during workouts. After workout I drink a high carb high protein shake with creatine. As I suppose "Cellmass" is not much more then Creatine with sugar, simply take it after your workouts. So where is the problem?
