O/T I'm SO outta here-for a week...
Well, all the bags are packed, waiting by the door, dogs freshly bathed and brushed, house in semi disarray, pet sitter briefed on birds, reps, cat. (Dogs are coming with us) Kids, trying to figure out how to smuggle all their toys and games without us noticing.
We're leaving tomorrow morning for our annual "Pilgrimage" to the Irish Catskills. (Hubby's Irish, kids half, me, by injection)
We are bringing our weights that we can fit, and our running shoes-with all the best intentions!
I'll be missing the great people here in the over 35 crew, but I'll be back in a week, with pictures!
I'll be scarce today as I'd like to have a clean house to return to-(right, like that's gonna happen! LOL!!!)

Enjoy your vacation, they are always too short!
I'm counting down to the 18th when I'll be on my way to the hills for a week for some R&R as well...but I'm not rushing it.

This is what I mean when I say accept your limits and when the time is right, you will push right through your limits time and time again, mentally and physically."

Have a fun and safe trip, LC!! Enjoy yourselves, and hopefully the heatwave we're having won't come up there during your trip.
By the way, I'm from New York and I didn't know that there were Irish Catskills?? LOL

LOL!! East Durham, NY. Everything is called Murphy's bar, Flanagans Pub, O'Mally's Lounge...you get the idea?
The town is only rivaled by Pearl River for having the highest concentration of Irish in NY. There's also the German Catskills- the town of Fleishmanns. My family used to go up there in the summer sometimes. heh.
The place we're staying at has kids activities every day and every night, great bands and fireworks displays.
I just want someone else to cook for me, and I want to hang by the pool and show off my more muscular and tighter figure!

Have fun - leave the weights at home - if you must then do burpees, pushups, pullups, situps.
