Ok for the last month I have been working out intensely 7 days a week with solid nutrition. I have not budged on the scale at all but it seems I lost quite a bit of fat but my fatloss seems to have been halted. I would figure I'm around 8% bf but I would like to go lower. If anyone has some points, it would be appreciated. Heres an example of my workout/nutriiton

Mon: 1 hr of fast paced walking in the morning and lowerbody workout / 20 minutes of cardio in the evening.

Tues: 30 minutes of jogging in the morning and upperbody workout / 20 minutes of HIIT in the evening.

Wed: 30 minutes cardio morning / 30 minutes of cardio in evening

Thur: Repeat Monday

Friday: Repeat Tuesday

Saturday: Repeat Wed

Sunday : Just 30 minutes of cardio

My upperbody workout days consist of 30x3 on the medicine ball, lat pulldown 5 sets of 8, Arnold Press 5 sets of 12, Curls 5 sets of 12, concentration curls 5 sets of 12, Tricep pulldowns 5 sets of 12, Dips bodyweight for 5 sets of 30, and rear deltoid exercises with cable crossover 5 sets of 12. Im usually soaked in sweat by now and go finish up with some cardio then go in the sauna for 20 minutes or so after taking my BCAA's.

My lowerbody workout days consist of Lunges 5 sets of 12, leg press 5 sets of 12, leg curls 5 sets of 12, leg extensions 5 sets of 12, weighted crunches 5 sets of 12, hanging leg raises 5 sets of 12, and then finish up with some cardio/sauna.

Daily Food example:

9:30 Am : Wake up and drink whey protein shake
10:00 Am : BCAA's and then cardio

11:30 Am : Whey shake with some brown rice, seaweed, some pan seared eel.
2:00 Pm : Vegetables/fruit with chicken breast with fish oil
4:30 Pm : Tofu with fish oil
6:30 Pm : Caesin Shake with some Lipo 6
7:00 Pm : Workout immediately followed by some BCAA's
8:30 Pm: Whey protein shake with 1 Tablespoon of honey mixed in.
10:00 Pm : Double Serving Caesin Shake mixed with peanut butter and some fish oil/multivitamin.
11:00: Bedtime

The supplements I'm currently on is ON Whey/Caesin Blend, ON Whey Protein, Lipo 6, Multivitamin by GNC, Carlesons Fish oil.

My hypothesis is I have either pleatued and will break it soon or I am overtrained without even knowing it. I get good quality sleep but still feel a little tired everyday. If you guys see any flaw in my diet/workout, any tips would be appreciated!!! Ohh yeah, I am trying to post pics but I can't seem to find my USB adapter....so in the mean time let me know what you guys think.
