Limited Edition (Reese's) Elvis banana cream & peanut butter cup
Off topic I know, but I think people here would clearer memories of The King and what inspired this:
http://www.hersheys.com/reeses/elvis/
I'm going to look for them tomorrow!
BTW: anybody else tried a sandwich made of thin slices of non-fried bananas, some peanut butter and drizzled with honey? Good stuff!!

Damn you and the Reese's whatever-filled cups.
Been on a cutting phase for a year... you are a cruel, cruel person with the food p0rn :-)

I'm about 50% endomorph body type, so many times I can't help myself when it comes to things like this.
And anyway its part of American culture so its actually.....um..... educational to eat one of these - the more you eat the smarter you are, see?

I tried one, wasn't too fond of it - but then again, when I first bit into it I thought I was eating a regular PB Cup.

I think I'll pass and stick with regular Reese's PB cups. We only buy them to give out on Halloween and since we get few to no trick-or-treaters (we live in a condo building with no little kids, few to none on our side of the block and a parking lot across the street) we usually "have to" eat them ourselves.
Last year I was very proud that the last one's went just before Christmas.

The banana tastes too "artificial" to me. Probably has to be, considering the shelf life of the things.
Elvis would only approve of them if they're deep fried.
Ever had a deep-fried Oreo? They're pretty good.

THAT would be my ONLY fear. blech! damn!
FYI - He ate that famous sandwich in an airplane hangar at the old Stapleton airport in Denver.
When we were kids we ate PB/bacon/mayo sands with lettuce and tomato - far superior imho...banana? what were they thinking?

I was at Hershey park a couple of weeks ago in PA and they have a store called Chocolate World. They have alot of items that aren't on regular store shelves there. We actually bought some of the Elvis reeses to bring home to show people.
