heres a pic of me about a 1 month after turning 15, i looked the same when i was 14 except a high b/f.
i weighed 190 at the least when i was 14.
i benched 225 for 2 reps.
squated 350 raw
and deadlifted 375
my bench sucks.
OH, and im fat. about 23% in this pic.

no idea what i squat or dead now as i have bad knees and im to much of a pussy to suffer the pain but im pretty sure anytime yo ubench more then your own weight at 14 your doing good.....i get 180 btw

oh and now my stats are:
bench: still 225 but only 1 rep
squat: 355 raw and DEEP
deadlift: 405
weight: 184

you should have gained strength though........unless your not benching?
actaully i guess it depends on how fast you lost the weight

i know i know, but i know peopl with 14.5 bi's and those arent them.
and no, when you lose weight you dont gain strength, oh well, my squat and deadlift went up alot.

there is something that said cutting weight can help improve your dead and sometimes your squat, but in turn your bench might drop, dont know why this is though...
