dont come on here and ask a F***in question, and then get mad at the answer. Its hard to tell by a pic, but id guess low 20's. Go to a doc and get hydrostatic tested, then you'll know for a fact.

honestly, either you hvae small muscles too, or your higher BF than these people are saying, donttake it as offence, you asked, you get what you ask for. your imo about 25-30 range, and no less. Deal with it, some people are by nature bigger than others, lose the weight and do that cardio right.

i eat 200 grams of protein and just whole grains for carbs and 2 natural peanut butter spoons to get my healthy fats and i lift 4 times a week

I would say 20% is a close estimate. If this is something that is important to you and you want to monitor normally I recommend buying some calipers. These by for are not the most accurate but they will get you close and they are cheap.

cardio 5 days a week? increase intensity just cause you do a 5 - 10 minute run is nothing, you have to atleast do 20 minutes of light cardio before your body starts to burn fat, thats when you pick up intensity.

Wait a minute, you say you are cutting? Forgive me if im wrong, but your 185lbs, with an estimated bf of 20%, if not more. That would put you at 37lbs of fat. 185-37 148LBM. Your eating 200grams of protein on a cut, wouldnt that put on extra fat? Your not doing enough cardio, your diets off. Whats your routine?
