Sex before Working out (Effects of...)

Are there any negative effects to having sex / masturbating (aka cumming in any way shape or form) about 1 hour - 30 minutes before going to the gym?

The obvious would be you may not be as energetic due to all of the thrusting/humping/pumping...

What I'm really trying to ask is: does cumming lower your testosterone levels or any of that sort? Which in turn would effect your energy, etc...

Serious answers would be great.

yes it actually does, and it was shown in a study they did (someone posted it a little bit back on for forum) that if u jerk it to the poiint right before u nut u actually can raise ure testosterone levels

I wouldn't worry much about test levels as I would be about energy. How do you feel in the gym afterwards. Are you tired, energized or normal? The best thing is does it affect you. If not then jerk away all you want. lol
