Todays food, How does it look?
I am 248 Lbs and Obviously Cutting. Any pointers or ideas?
Meal 1:
1 Cup Oatmeal + 1 Cup 1% Milk
2 Large Eggs
1 Cup Green Tea + 1 Tbsp Honey
Meal 2:
6.5oz of Tuna
Medium Sweet Potato
Meal 3:
1 Scoop Whey Protein + 1 Cup 1% Milk
Post-Workout
1 Cup Oatmeal + 1 Scoop Whey + 1 Cup 1% Oatmeal
Meal 4:
4 Oz Lean Hamburger + A1 Steak Sauce
1/2 Cup of Corn
1/2 Cup of Peas
Meal 5:
4oz Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1 Cup Spinach
Totals Cal 2421 Fat 53 Carb 257 Protein 228
Normally I eat cottage cheese before I go to bed, but I am out until the morning.

Looks good.
Consider adding some oats or other low GI carb to meal 3 since its preworkout.
Also consider adding your rice from meal 5 to meal 4 since it's your PWO meal.
Looks good all in all though.

I don't see any EFA's at all.. Add some Flax and Fish Oil's. a mix of nuts would look good in there.

Good catch.
There are hardly any fats in your diet besides the beef and the eggs. Add some fish and flax oil/pills, some nuts, and maybe some olive oil.

Today's food lol. Soon is going to be "I just ate this, critique please" lol
I personally would cut the carbs way more after 7 pm, at least thats what I do
