When I do 2 week keto sets I'm pretty dead by the end, but unless I'm going to be putting myself at a serious disadvantage, I think that I'm going to start going 2 weeks on, then a 12 hour carb-up, and then get back to Keto as quickly as possible.
Anyone else have "I feel like crap on carb-up" stories?

1) Carbup frequency all depend on training frequency. You carbup when you actually depleted the glycogen... You can do a carbup, workout each body part on monday and tuesday, stick to cardio for 10 days, then do a depletion workout on the next friday and carbup again. Of course, this means you won't be gaining muscle but should still not have any trouble maintaining. If you lose some, stick to 10 day cycles instead.
2) Feeling like crap on carbups is generally due to insulin : you're body didn't get carbs for a while and over-reacts. That used to happen to me all the time. To avoid that, especially if you keep carbing up each week, try anything that will keep bloodsugar stable : eat small meals every 2 hours, make sure you have fiber from green veggies with each meal, stick to complex carbs, etc. That worked very well for me.
