Why don't you work the body part you are supposed to work?
But yeah if you are not sore you can, I worked out chest 3 times last week(Workout 5 days a week).
However, becareful because I got tendonitis from working biceps too much.

if your body feels fine, then you can do whatever. just know your body and know when it needs to take a break and so forth

Tendonitis is more serious than what youre talking about. Try to keep your wrist straight when curling and it won't hit the forearms as hard. Same thing was happening to me, and as soon as I fixed my grip it stopped hurting.

yes, grip will undoubtedly fix pain, not to mention add strength to your lifts (experiment with different kinds of grips)

No, mine isn't a grip problem.
I can do machine, preacher curl, hammer curl, bar curl(wide grip curl), and it still will hurt like a bitch.
I try to keep my elbows in and it sort of helps the pain and I rub Icyhot on it and at night to dull the pain.

where on the forearm does it hurt (and how long has it been bothering you)? have you been to a doctor? and how often have you (or do you) worked your forearms in the past?

Be careful, I had a bearable pain for about 3 months. I was repping a lot of weight doing standing straight bar curls, and I strained my forearm and was out for a month. Now its better then it was before it got hurt, but I am still staying away from straight bars for another month or 2.

Alright it only is my right forearm and it is on the meaty side of the forearm you know near the elbow where the forearm curves?
It has been hurting for about 2 weeks now and I asked one of the trainers/pyshicans in my gym and he said it was tendonitis.
I usually work forearms once a week, but I didn't this week because I wanted to give it a rest.
But it isn't when I am doing forearms that it hurts, its when I am doing bicep curls.
The trainer said I have gone up in weight too fast and too soon and my tendon couldn't catch up fast enough.
I workout 5 days a week and take the weekends off(if that helps to give you and idea)
I do about 6-7 bicep exercises and work biceps 2 times a week.

my best advice is to not do any exercises that bother it for about a week or two. then start doing them again but with light weight, to assess the pain levels
i know it will probably be hard to resist doing them, i know i would hate not being able to work out, but its better to choose to take time off now to heal than to be forced to taking a longer time off later
